The doctor was very friendly and informative,I was completely at ease she was easy to talk to she assured me that I had done the right thing about booking an appointment, something that I was unable to do at my own GP because of my working hours.Initially I was a bit apprehensive about troubling her,but she was very understanding and helpful. As it happens I did need a prescription for a kidney infection. If I had waited to see my own doctor it would probably have been a while before I could get an appointment, thus making my condition worse. I appreciate this service and feel it is very beneficial to people with hectic working lives who may find it difficult to see there own doctor in normal surgery hours.I rang this service and was seen almost as soon as I arrived at the hospital, altogether from ringing and being seen it was no more than 1hour 30mins,excellent service.

The doctor we saw tonight Dr stahlschmidt is an absolute credit to his profession and I truly believe Lisa has turned a corner in her life with regard to the help she will now receive from the nhs after her consultation with Dr stahlschmidt who took time not only to listen to her but actually understand what the problem is and actually try to help the best way he could. It's a crying shame he doesn't have a practice in Carlisle as we would surly be registering with him !! Thank you Dr you made a difference tonight

My appointment was for 3.50.p.m. I was not seen by the doctor until 5.30.p.m. When I arrived it said a waiting time of approximately 35 minutes, not really good enough. It appears that appointments are given every 5 mins this is ridiculous as it hardly gives the doctor time to read their notes and say a few words to the patient. Having waited for 1 hour and forty minutes I felt my 5 minutes chat was not really very satisfactory.

The Doctor who dealth with my sister who has mental health issues was extremely kind and helpful and made a significant impact on my sister - thank you for taking the time to talk to her and help her, in particular with her outlook and how to be more positive, and the small steps and changes she can make.
